About
Once known as Sui Sakimuri, Shumai is a shy, softspoken Raen in search of a brighter future. They spent their time in the Shisui village as an apothecary, often rising above the sea to forage for herbs for their compounds and medicines. With every trip above, this auri's curiosity with the outside world became more and more insatiable, hunger for knowledge growing. Upon meeting one of their mates, the Raen decided to travel the unexplored world with her, hand in hand. They were given a new name- Shumai Michaelis, one not too far from their given name, yet one so new and fitting, they couldn't ever go back.
Shumai currently works as a White Mage, travelling Eorzea with their two mates and lovers.
Shumai is a very soft spoken person, avoiding conflict as much as possible, though it seems to follow them most places. An excellent listener, friend, and confidant, Shumai will never stray far from their loved ones, sworn to protect and care for those in need. But don't let their shy demeanor fool you, this Raen has claws.
